Ophelia's Eulogy/Autopsy

Ophelia, a woman who led a life of innocence and was caring for others for if Hamlet wasn't there, she wouldn't be either. When Hamlet started losing his mind, Ophelia was surprised by his sudden change in attitude and use of sexual references. As Hamlet would go on and tell her that he didn't love her, Ophelia would grow terribly upset for she loved him a lot. She lied to his face about her father's location for he was in the same room along with Claudius, who was eavesdropping on their conversation. As his madness raged on, Ophelia started turning into a crazed one herself. She became and emotional wreck for Hamlet had led her to become a psycho. She was giving away flowers at one point which weren't all so meaningful:
Rosemary- Remembrance
Pansies- Unity
Fennel- Sorrow
Columbines- Adultery
Rue- Suffering
Daisies- Innocence
Violets- Fidelity and Faithfulness ("I would give you some violets, but they withered all when my father died; they say he made a good end." Act 4, Scene 5)
Gertrude came in the room during a conversation between Claudius and Laertes was happening to bring the sad new of Ophelia tragic death. She was picking out more flowers from a tree above a river when she fell and drowned. Some say it was her madness driven-to suicide while others say it was just an accident.
May the fair and noble Ophelia rest in peace.
